FactCheck.org points out that Ed Gillespie and the RNC distorted General Clark's testimony in 2002 before Congress by pulling out selective quotes and arguing that Clark was advocating going to war with Iraq. In fact, Clark was arguing for the use of diplomacy backed by the threat of force.
